We have recently bought the Mowbray Hotel in Eastbourne which is a 4star AA rate  Bed and Breakfast accommodation. It is well sited for the beach and the theatres and offers 13 ensuite bedrooms of various sizes in a delightful late Victorian early Edwardian building.
